Utsav Mukherjee is a 2009 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur, with a dual degree in Science and Law and specialization in Intellectual Property Rights. He has also completed a Masters of Law from Berkeley Law in Law and Technology and is currently advising multiple tech start-ups in the Silicon Valley.
Utsav has worked at the London and Frankfurt offices of Clifford Chance LLP as well as the New Delhi office of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co for over 6 years. His main focus is towards technology transactions as well as patent law and he has advised many companies including Bayer, Merck, Xiaomi, Infosys, Cognizant, and Credit-Suisse. He has also been a guest lecturer at NLU Jodhpur and NLSIU Bangalore.
