Mr. Rohan Cherian Thomas is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law at National Law University Jodhpur. He has obtained B.Sc.LL.B. (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University. He went on to earn his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law University Jodhpur. He is a Junior Research Fellowship holder. He has been teaching at National Law University Jodhpur from 2014. His area of focus is Performer’s Rights, on which he writes as well. He has a keen interest in Copyright Law, Patent Law, International Intellectual Property Law, Tort Law, Environmental Law and Consumer Law. He has participated in national and international conferences and seminars of repute.
