Dr. Arul George Scaria is currently an Assistant Professor of Law at National Law University, Delhi and Co-Director of the Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property and Competition (CIIPC). Further, he is an Affiliate Faculty of the CopyrightX program, offered by Harvard Law School and the Berkman Center for Internet and Society.
Dr. Scaria has done his doctoral studies at the International Max Planck Research School for Competition and Innovation, Munich and his post-doctoral research at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. He has two single authored books to his credit, and continues to contribute to journals of international repute. He has previously worked as a CSIR-NIF Fellow (2007-2008) and has also been a member of the NCERT advisory committee in 2014 for addressing the copyright license issues for the open e-textbooks project of NCERT.
