Devvrat Joshi is currently working as an Associate at Saikrishna & Associates. Devvrat graduated with his B.A., LL.B. (IPR Hons.) degree from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2017.
Devvrat is the founding-Managing Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Studies. He was a Senior Student Researcher in the IPR Chair and a Teaching Assistant in the subject of General Principles of IPR at National Law University, Jodhpur. Devvrat has regularly participated in and assisted in the organization of numerous conferences and workshops on IPR and related areas, and completed courses on Intellectual Property Rights from the University of Pennsylvania and the Intellectual Property Education Centre (IPEC), Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI). He was also selected for the WIPO Summer School on IPR at Durban, South Africa (2015) and Daejeon, South Korea (2016).
Saahil is the founding Editor-in-chief of the Journal of Intellectual Property Studies. He is passionate about issues in intellectual property and technology laws. He has published articles on plain packaging, 3D printing and copyright , intermediary liability and hate speech , and interim injunctions in IP lawsuits.
