The Journal of Intellectual Property Studies (‘JIPS’) is a student-run, online law journal published by National Law University, Jodhpur. The objective of the Journal is to enhance discourse on intellectual property rights between policy makers, practitioners and scholars. To this end, the Journal will publish articles, notes and case comments that analyze significant issues in the field of Intellectual Property.
JIPS solicits contributions from academics, practitioners and experts and subjects all articles to a rigorous peer-review process prior to publication.
